Live Pilates USA - Shipping Policy​Welcome to Live Pilates USA! We specialize in premium, handcrafted Pilates equipment, meticulously designed to meet your fitness needs. Each piece is custom-built from high-quality materials like carbon steel and features detailed craftsmanship, such as handmade stitches on our mattresses, ensuring long-lasting durability and comfort. Our shipping process reflects the care we put into crafting each piece, and we aim to provide a seamless and personalized delivery experience.
General Information

Due to the custom, handcrafted nature of our equipment, please allow 90 days for the manufacturing and shipping process. We will keep you informed throughout this process with timely updates. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. In rare cases of high demand or unexpected delays from our manufacturing facility, we will notify you via email or phone if the estimated timeline is affected.
Equipment Pickup and Delivery

Shipping is included with your purchase, and we’ll coordinate the delivery of your equipment directly from our warehouses. Once your order is completed, you’ll receive a time frame and updates on when to expect your equipment. For select cases, we also offer overseas port delivery, which can be arranged at the time of purchase. We work with trusted shipping partners to ensure a smooth and timely process.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping is included with your purchase, and we will arrange for your order to be delivered directly from one of our designated warehouse locations. Once your order is ready, we’ll provide you with updates and an estimated delivery time frame. Please confirm your preferred delivery method at the time of purchase to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
For a limited time, all orders placed until 1/1/2025 will include shipping at no additional charge. We reserve the right to modify this offer at a future date.

Live Pilates USA provides delivery for your convenience; however, tracking numbers are not available as we work directly with trusted delivery partners. Once your order has been picked up from our warehouse, we will notify you via email to confirm that your equipment is on its way to the final destination.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

If you’re receiving your equipment internationally, import taxes, customs duties, and other related fees may apply based on the destination country. Live Pilates USA is not responsible for these charges, and they will be your responsibility. For more information, please consult your country’s customs policies.
Damages

At Live Pilates USA, we take great care in packing each piece of equipment to the highest standards, ensuring it is well-protected during transit. However, in the rare event that damage occurs during delivery, please contact us directly so we can assist you in resolving the issue. Be sure to retain all packaging materials and any damaged items to help facilitate a smooth resolution.

International Shipping

While our shipping process primarily focuses on domestic U.S. deliveries, we are pleased to accommodate select international locations through overseas port pick-up. For customers outside these areas, we encourage you to contact us directly to discuss further options for international shipping.

Live Pilates USA - Return & Exchange Policy
At Live Pilates USA, we take pride in producing high-quality, custom Pilates equipment, handcrafted to meet your exact specifications. Given the bespoke nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not offer returns or exchanges.
Final Sales Policy
Due to the fact that each piece of equipment is handmade per order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Our equipment is delivered via third-party transportation companies, and while we work with trusted partners, we have no control over how the equipment is handled once it leaves our warehouse. However, we stand by the durability of our products, which are made from professionally welded carbon steel and designed to last for 15 years or more under normal use.
Support for Damages
Although it is rare for our equipment to sustain damage during transit due to its robust construction, we understand that unforeseen incidents can occur. If any accessory parts, such as mats, springs, or side components, are damaged during transportation, please reach out to us for assistance. We are committed to helping you resolve the issue, whether by guiding you through a repair process or replacing a missing part, to ensure your satisfaction.
No Restocking Fees
As all sales are final, restocking fees do not apply. We are more than happy to provide support and guidance should you encounter any issues with your equipment post-delivery.
