Limited Warranties, Exclusions & Returns

Warranty Terms and Conditions for Live Pilates USA Equipment

Live Pilates USA warrants and guarantees that the products listed below shall be free from defects in materials or workmanship for the duration of the warranty period. This warranty applies exclusively to the original buyer. At Live Pilates USA's sole discretion, defective products under warranty will either be repaired, replaced, or refunded.

Any return of products to us under the warranty is referred to as a "Warranty Return" in these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Limited Warranties

15-Year Warranty

  • Main Frames: All Reformers, Trapeze Tables, and V12 Functional Machines made with carbon steel are covered for 15 years against defects in materials and workmanship.

2-Year Warranty or 5,000 Hours

  • Springs: All springs used in Live Pilates USA equipment are covered for 2 years or up to 5,000 hours of use, whichever comes first. For high-usage group settings with 5 or more Reformers, the warranty is 1 year.

1-Year Warranty

  • Wearable Components: Including straps, handles, and ropes, covered for 1 year.

90-Day Warranty

  • Upholstery and Fabric Components: Covered for 90 days against defects. Proof of damage will be required. This warranty excludes cuts, burns, stains, improper care, and other unreasonable use.

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Mechanical wear parts, resistance tubing, or casters.

  • Damage caused by failure to follow instructions, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.

  • Scratches, tears, or indentations in upholstery or foam caused by misuse.

Non-returnable items include all springs, loops, straps, handles, and vinyl covers. Contact customer support for assistance with defective components.

Warranty Return Procedure

For warranty returns:

  1. Contact Live Pilates USA via the Customer Service page to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  2. Clearly mark the RMA number on the package being returned. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

  3. Include proof of purchase with the return.

  4. Ensure returns are received within 30 days of the RMA issue date.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and Live Pilates USA will cover the cost of shipping the replacement product.

If a returned item is determined ineligible under the warranty, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of freight and insurance for its return.
